district
- An ecclesiastical unit consisting of several branches of the Church in a geographic area where stakes are not organized and under the jurisdiction of a mission.
- An administrative area in a mission that encompasses several missionary companionships. Typically, several districts compose a zone, and several zones compose a mission.
